Philip Wollen: ethical humanitarian

Radical kindness: the banker who gave it all away – Philip Wollen

“One man can make a difference and every man should try. (This includes women) Just because you can do little does not mean you can do nothing. Start now.”

Philip is a true superhero who goes where he’s needed. He was the vice president of Citibank when in around 1990, he decided to give away 90 per cent of his capital with warm hands and a warm heart. He’s donated millions towards helping the powerless — children, animals and the terminally ill, supporting more than 400 projects in 40 countries.

Receiving multiple ethical and humanitarian awards including the Queen’s Birthday Honours and Australian of the Year, we’re humbled to be in contact with such a special person.
